My sister Angela is one of the most loyal and supportive women I know. We both have a passion to help Women to be the best form of themselves in life. I appreciate the many times where she has shown up for my Diva Movement Community of women where she helped them to get in touch with their bodies and be comfortable with their sexuality, discussing topics that aren’t often discussed or embraced in certain women circles. She’s also had a very strong connection and I’m sure left a lasting impact on my Young Divas. Girls ages ranging 12-17 were able to be transparent and free in a discussion with Angela about Loving and Respecting themselves and knowing their worth. Her authenticity and Transparency made the girls feel free to speak up and out knowing they were in a judgment free zone. Over time Angela’s testimony seems to only get better and better as she continues to be a blessing to my circle of women by joining me on Wellness Wednesdays to discuss her recent experience with Bell’s palsy and how Stress and lack of Self Care can lead us to a place where we have to recover if we don’t take the time to stop and take care of ourselves.
